Bianca Pichardo Svay is a Learning and Development professional at Burlington Stores, Inc. Bianca has over 10 years experience in the field of training and development within various roles, industries and corporations; focusing on providing learning solutions that promote professional development, enhance leadership skills, and support inclusion and diversity initiatives. In 2019, she obtained a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, with a specialization in Educational Technology, from the University of Phoenix. The focus of her dissertation research was to explore the effects of social categorization on queer women of color in the workplace, through lived experiences and personal narratives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Bianca has been a member of the Board of Directors of galaei since June of 2016.
